Delivery
Shopping for furniture in Pakistan? Contact us with your city and chosen pieces to check delivery availability and arrangements for your address.
Delivery charges
Delivery is complimentary for orders of Rs. 40,000 or more. Orders below Rs. 40,000 have a delivery charge of Rs. 2,500.
Planning your delivery
Ask us about the delivery timeframe for your chosen piece before ordering. Please mention any stairs, narrow entrances or lift restrictions so access can be checked in advance.
Receiving your furniture
Check the packaging and furniture when it arrives. If you notice damage or a missing item, keep the packaging and contact us with your order reference and photographs.

Returns & order support
For a return, an incorrect item or a concern about your furniture, email us with your order reference, item name and a brief description of the issue. Include photographs if an item is damaged.
Before sending an item back
Please contact us first for return instructions. Keep the original packaging where possible and avoid further use of an item you wish to return.

Return eligibility, collection arrangements and any applicable charges depend on the item and circumstances. Contact us before purchase if you need clarification, particularly for customised furniture.
